Everybody has a story...

Everybody has a story....
Was driving downtown yesterday on 20th St & noticed this scene in the parking lot of the Veteran's Hall. There was obviously a Vet in the casket with a "guard" being interviewed. I drove by a couple of times, ended up not getting out of car. Kept wondering who this person was & why they were in a parking lot. It made me sad thinking there final viewing would be of passers by in cars gawking at this oddly surreal scene. No one else was around besides the man in the chair & the "interviewer" with the camera. Might have to drive by again today & will ask what the deal is. I know everyone has a story & I think I'm going to have to find out what this persons is.
Today is the 234th Birthday of the US Marine Corps. Thank you & Hooraahh! Kind of a theme going on here, seeing how tomorrow is Veteran's Day just may have to continue it.

Start of a new day.....

Sunrise Serenditpity: sunrise because it is the beginning of endless possibilities & serenditpity, well the definition is, an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident!!! I love that.
hence the blog name.

Ok since this is my first attempt at "blogging" which I'm sure is a comment familiar with 1st posts I will use this as way of cleaning out the cobwebs (hopefully each morning).
Today marks the "Official" count down for me of the 2009 International Women & Motorcycling Conference. 15 short days to go!!!!! Getting the saddlebags packed, bike is serviced & ready, tires changed it's even washed! Reservations taken care of, except for the way over (gotta do that today) then it's the little things to do. Like what groovy Harley shirt am I gonna wear on the first day..... decisions decisions.....
Until then I am in M.O.B mode aka Mother of the Bride!!!! Lots to do today. Off & running...

Each day is the beginning of endless possibilities & serendipity.........
